Briny mussels, sweet tomatoes and pungent basil make a perfect accent for pasta. Round out the meal with a simple salad. Since the dish is so lean, you can indulge in dessert-try vanilla gelato with toasted coconut and anisette.

fast and easy...and tasty

I thought the meal was light in a good way. We had fresh harvested mussels, which helps!
I liked the basil for the color and flavor, but probably did not chop it fine enough. It definitely made the dish complete though.
I did throw in a little butter because every other recipe saw had some. I only used a tablespoon.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Appearance, Will Make Again
