Get ready for some dirty dishes

yes, it's lots of work, with lots of dirty dishes to boot. The taste was wonderful! I added the cheese on top at the beginning. Glad I did because it was crunchy and yummy.
Pros: Impressive, Will Make Again
Cons: Lengthy, lots of clean-up

wonderful change from the usual

Really great recipe. Tasted fantastic, good alternative to the sweet potato casseroles. Light and fluffy, everyone went back for seconds. Actually was quite stable when taken out of the oven. We ate it with the roast pork loin with marmalade
