S'more Bars
These bar cookies include the same ingredients that are used to make those favorite campfire treats known as s'mores: graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate. It will be hard to wait, but the bars must be chilled for 4 hours before serving.

All I can say really is this is something you can't make often or you won't fit out your front door! It's hard to stop eating this once you've started. :)
I wanted to try this recipe because I was frustrated with the traditional s'mores...I feel like the graham crackers fall apart when you eat them. Also the marshmallows are so gooey and make a huge mess.
These S'more Bars do the trick. This is easy to make and super delicious.
Though they're not perfect for me. What I have learned about me is that I really don't care very much for the taste and appearance of unmelted marshmallows. And this recipe is served cold. I'm not sure how to get around this? But nevertheless this recipe is sinfully good.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Appearance, Will Make Again

great replacement for the real thing

I made the s'more bars for a 4th of July pinic, I had a craving for "real" s'mores but knew we wouldn't be roasting marshmallows by an open fire. Found this recipe, very easy and tastes great. Everyone loved the s'more bars.
