Now That's Different!

I catered for 7 years for several gourmet restuarants on the west coast of FL. I fell in love with all the delicious and various tastes and aromas. Ordinary foods seem blase so often. Now that I'm in VA and cooking my own meals, I look for recipes that are flavorful, enjoyable and different. This one covers all three.
