Impressive Brunch Dish

I made this dish for company and they loved it! Next time, I am going to be more careful about what kind of smoked salmon I buy - this came out just a little bit salty.

I like recipes that you don't have to modify and they turn out great! This frittata was easy and tasty! It also gives you time while it's in the oven to make mimosas and other sides for a great brunch!
