I am all about good food! This is the most comfort-food dish one can make! I didn't find it to be extra labor-intensive because most of my cooking requires the work. Love the Chanterells!!!! My 15 year old daughter was in heaven!! Single ladies...if you want to hook a worthy man, make this for him!!!
