Slashed Chicken with Herb Butter

Before roasting the chicken, use a sharp knife to cut slashes in the legs and breasts. Herb butter, along with garlic slices and bay leaves, are pushed into the slashes so the flavors penetrate the meat.

A Family Favorite for years!

My wife, who eats only chicken, chicken and chicken LOVES this recipe. Easy to make, amazingly flavorful, a perfect recipe for those who hate plain old baked chicken. The best!!
