I like in New Mexico where most fajitas are made with bell peppers and onions. This recipe is different enough to please even the most discriminating chile eater! The smokiness adds just the right kick and changes everything up!

Amazing flavor! Everything worked...delicious and well balanced with just the right amount of heat. The family loved this! It would be a quick weekday meal if you marinated the meat in the a.m. or the night before. Will definitely keep this in the rotation!

Excellent Marinade

This is one the best fajitas recipes I have come across and it has become my stand by for the last 4 years. The marniade is excellent with some kick and full of flavor. I have used this also to marinate flank steaks and NY Strips without the fajitas as the flavor is excellent. These always get rave reveiws.
