Sicilian-Style Pizza Dough

Prepared in a food processor, this dough comes together quickly. Use it to make our Sicilian Zucchini Pizza and Focaccia Pizza with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Arugula. If desired, add 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary to the food processor along with the flour, salt and olive oil.

Great dough!

This is a really great recipe, and it has become my go-to pizza dough. I stopped buying pizza dough mixes and pre-made doughs since I started making this dough.
The recipe says that the dough can be refrigerated up to 6 hours, but I have refrigerated it overnight and it's still good as long as it is tightly wrapped in plastic.
