Easy elegance

This appetizer is simply amazing. Not only does it taste great, but it looks absolutely stunning on a white serving dish. Bought a melon baller and a cookie cutter, which made the presentation a snap!! If you're in a time pinch, you could even substitute store bought ceviche and add a little sour cream per the recipe. This one got rave reviews at my dinner party and I'd recommend this one whole-heartedly!!
