Shanghai Noodles with Chicken

It is always best to start with good quality fresh pasta. Fresh Chinese egg noodles can be found in well-stocked markets and Asian grocery stores. If you cannot find fresh noodles, you can substitute dried spaghetti. Be sure to follow the instructions on the package, as the cooking time will differ.

Good summer evening meal
July 2, 2013
A sesame undertone while the Oyster sauce did not overpower the overall flavor. It tasted fresh and was satisfying on a summer evening.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Will Make Again, fresh

I used fresh Asian noodles. I also replaced the chicken with shrimp. I will make this again.
