Salt-and-Pepper Shrimp

Shrimp on the grill have never been this good. This variation on a classic Vietnamese dish is easy to prepare and messy to eat! Look for good-quality shrimp at the fish counter of a reputable grocery store.

TOO SALTY TO EAT.
August 13, 2012
This recipe was awful. I picked it from a few that I could have made and I'm so sorry I waisted all of my time and money on this one. The shrimps were VERY Salty and Peppery. I know that was the title of them, but I've never tasted anything like these.
The aioli sauce was too garlicky with not
much other flavors. A light Citrus Sauce would have been much better. And if you do make the recipe cut the salt down to a 1/4 Tbsp. and a quarter Tbsp. of each of the pepper corns. My recommendation: look for another recipe.
Cons: Taste, too salty & peppery., waited my money on this.
