Opening this salmon steamed en papillotte at the table releases wonderful aromas. The tangy sauce blends sake, lime juice and a touch of butter. Serve with steamed leafy greens such as bok choy and steamed rice.

Delicious! Definitely worth making

The fact that I don't even like salmon, but I loved this should tell you something! It's very easy to prepare, and the sauce is delicious. Very refreshing. It's the perfect weekday meal. I've even prepared the parchment packets in advance, and then pop them in the oven when you're ready to cook. I'm going to try the recipe with another type of fish next time, sice salmon still makes me a little uneasy.
