My fallback recipe
July 2, 2012
I'm not sure what may have happened with the previous reviewer's attempt, but this recipe happens to be my fail-safe vanilla cc base recipe. I even accidentally put all the butter called for in the ingredients list, having been careless and in a hurry and not reading the recipe through before the first attempt, into the cupcakes and they STILL turned out delicious and delicate. The hint of rose made us feel like we were having an English tea party while out in the garden.
It's a unique recipe with a wonderful boost to the average, plain ol' vanilla cake. DEFINITELY worth a try.
Pros: Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again

This recipe was so bad I have to wonder if anyone actually taste tested it. I threw them in the garbage.
