Roasted Turkey Breast with Madeira Sauce

Instead of cooking a whole turkey, a turkey breast is a timesaving substitute for a holiday dinner or other special gathering. And roasting the breast on its own will ensure moist, tender meat. This recipe is perfect if you are preparing dinner for a group of 8. It's also a great addition to the meal when you are cooking for a crowd and are concerned that a whole turkey won't provide enough meat for everyone.

Best Turkey Breast Recipe EVER
October 31, 2014
When we are having a small Thanksgiving of 3 to 4 people, I like to serve a Turkey Breast. I have been making this recipe for a few years now.... It is fast, easy to prep, and it turns out perfect every time. The turkey is so moist and flavorful and a family favorite. Even I who am not a big roast turkey eater loves this. I should note I have used both fresh and frozen breasts and while the fresh is a bit better, the frozen comes out pretty terrific. A must for anytime, not just Thanksgiving!
