Roasted Pork with Hoisin Vegetables

Easy to prepare, roasted pork is served with hoisin-seasoned vegetables the first night. The additional pork can be used in chipotle tacos, sandwiches with a Cuban flair or Asian-inspired lettuce wraps (see related recipes at left).

Perfect for Tacos
March 12, 2011
This pork recipe is perfect for making tacos (as recommended for the pork taco recipe). Sweet, flavorful, paired with guacamole. I thought the onions were delicious.

Beautiful presentation, but too salty
February 27, 2011
The pork looked beautiful and tasted really good. However, the onions and sauce were too salty. Also, the acorn squash and onions made a strange combination. Squash was mushy and onions undercooked.
