Pork is so easy to make into a delicious meal. I've never made it with the rutabagas but always with the apples and I'll serve squash with it. The apples come out mushy so I don't usually serve them alongside it. Sometimes they turn out yummy to have just one or two. I use herbes de provence instead of rosemary and for the glaze I use brown sugar and I make 4 times as much since when the first time I made this, the glaze barely covered the very top of the ridge on the pork loin and it is oh so yummy.
