Roast Beef and Horseradish Mayonnaise Tea Sandwiches

A favorite accompaniment to roast beef, horseradish is the thick, gnarled root of a plant in the cabbage family. It has a refreshing, spicy bite. Prepared horseradish has already been grated and is mixed with white vinegar or beet juice and packed in jars. For this recipe, use horseradish packed in white vinegar.

Simple, Quick, and Yummy

I made this as part of New Years brunch for my husband's family. It was very quick and easy to prepare and was liked by all. The roast beef and horseradish mayo complimented each other really well. I was afraid the horseradish may overpower the roast beef, but that wasn't the case at all. I will definitely make this again.

This is a very quick to prepare receipe. My guests thoroughly enjoyed it. I was asked for the receipe by several friends. I will definitely use it again. I used thin deli sliced roast beef. There were no leftovers. This would be good with thin deli sliced pastrami or chicken, etc.
