Red Snapper on Couscous with Peas

Combining the taste of North Africa and the flavor of India, this entree is easy to make and delicious. Dusted with paprika and steamed on top of the tiny grains of semolina pasta, the red snapper turns out moist, tender and very flavorful.

Delicious & filling
August 25, 2011
We made this dish last night for dinner. It's true that the seasoning could be enhanced but that's an easy fix just tasted it while it's cooking. It was delicious and very filling. I had to force myself to stop eating it. :)

Healthy, but bland
July 10, 2011
I actually laughed outloud when I read the previous review because it pretty much mirrored my experience with the recipe. It looks bland as written, so I ended up doubling all of the spices and adding more salt. Still, it was quite bland. Plus, the couscous had a very doughy texture, probably due to the extended cooking. I'd recommend using Israeli couscous in the future. Visually, the dish was beautiful, if that's any consolation.
Pros: Yield, Quick, Easy, Healthy, Appearance
Cons: Taste

Tasteless snapper
May 16, 2011
This snapper needs to snap out of it!! I made this meal for my boyfriend and it turned out totally bland. Needed to add more water to it to cook the snapper. Also, when it came time to eat it, it needed more salt, more curry powder, and in the end we just ended up adding hot sauce to add flavour.
Pros: Quick, Easy
Cons: Taste, Ingredients
