Hearty, tasty, yet healthy

My husband and I loved this breakfast burrito! It was easy to make and filled me up all morning. I've also made it with just egg whites and it was excellent too.

Perfect for Breakfast, Brunch, or Lunch

Wow! Like most W-S recipes, these are great: hearty and flavorful. I skipped the guacomole & added cilantro & crushed hot green peppers to the potato-pepper mix. Salsa on the side. The prep is a bit lengthy for early morning so next time I shall get everthing chopped the night before, including the cooked bacon.
Pros: Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
