a little work for great taste and presentation

My husband has been making this recipe since it first appeared in the catalogue a few years ago. Although it is a bit of work to put together (we recommend a mandolin for slicing the potatoes), it is always delicious and a hit with guests. This is a regular dish for us now! We have not purchased the Frittata pan as it will not work with our induction stove! Would love to see All-clad produce something like it.

My husband made this for our family last night and it was fantastic! It definitely makes a hearty meal and the sweetness of the red peppers compliments the spicy chorizo nicely. The only sad part is that we ate it all - no leftovers to enjoy the following day! I can't wait to have this again!
