I made this along with green beans almondine as a quick weeknight meal. It was easy, relatively fast and quite delicious. If you are considering making this as a side dish, you may want to reduce the size of the tartlets as they will be around 5X5in otherwise - I would consider the tartlet as the main course for your meal. Enjoy!
