Pork with Black Pepper Stir-Fry Sauce

This recipe is a snap to prepare, thanks to our stir-fry sauce. A bold, spicy blend of cracked black peppercorns, toasted sesame oil and soy, it captures the flavors of Chinese cuisine.

Well I made a few changes

First of all, a while back I made it with the eponymous black pepper sauce and did not like the sauce. Today i made it with the W-S Sichuan stir fry sauce, much better! Used a whole yellow pepper instead of half (that's what I had, no red pepper). Then I cooked dried chow mein noodles instead of rice and mixed it all together and called it lo mein. Or, to those of you also from the East, put a feather in my cap and called it macaroni!
