I made this recipe for my family during a weekend get together. My son who is a chef, and the rest of my children who are foodies LOVED this recipe. It is worth the investment to purchase the fatty que set. You won't be disappointed. Amazing layers of flavor!! I am making it again this weekend by request. Enjoy!!
