I really love the polenta crust idea and will make it again adding a few new toppings to mix it up. I think that 300-degrees is too low, in my oven at least so I baked it at 350.
Pros: Yield, Quick, Good Value, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again, great for 1

Very bland as written.

I made this for lunch today. As far as presentation goes it looked great, but there was virtually no taste. Something needs to be added to give it actual flavor. I probably won't be making this again.
