Polenta Galettes with Leek & Swiss Chard

We know thats it's healthy to eat our greens. In fact, the darker the leaves of the vegetable (think kale, chard and spinach), the more they are packed with nutrients. This recipe pairs two green vegetables, leek and Swiss chard, into one delicious starter.

Great recipe & easy

I made the leek and swiss chard topping but served it over store bought polenta and the result was fabulous. Also very quick and easy. Great lunch or appetizer.

This has become a favorite at our house since we love each of the ingredients . Each time we have prepared this dish, it looks as lovely as the photo on the web site. The combination of chard and leeks over polenta is a winner!
