Peppered Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Caramelized Onions

Since the beef is served cold, you can roast it a day or two in advance. After roasting, let it cool to room temperature, wrap well and refrigerate until ready to serve. This will also allow the meat to further absorb the pepper flavor.

This recipe is so easy and delicious. I have made it several times for parties and everyone loves it. The best part is it tastes best when made ahead a day or so. Less work the day of the party.

Must Have Appetizer

We celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve and we always make an assortment of appetizers vs. cooking a big dinner which ties us up in the kitchen.
This is a must have appetizer. Guys especially need a little more substance in their appetizers and I consider this a great addition to the selection. The onions add a great flavor and the crostinis are AWESOME!

Awesome Appetizer

Have made this several times, everyone loves it. It takes a little work but the resutls are worth it. I put some garlic mayo on the crostini, makes it even better.

I have made this many times and it is always a hit!!!! Great for a party and it is an easy prep before a party food. Everyone loved the beef crostini!!! Wonderful flavor and so easy to make!!

A delicious recipe I've used many times and keep getting requests for more. A wonderful taste combination and all the separate elements can be made a day or two ahead, then simply assembled before serving.
