Penne with Basil and Pine Nuts

To make fresh bread crumbs, use day-old bread, ideally from a baguette or country loaf. Alternatively, dry fresh slices in a 300deg.F oven for about 10 minutes. Tear the bread into large pieces and process in a food processor to make crumbs.

Very east dinner!

I halved the recipe since it was just me and my husband tonight. I kept the amount of pine nuts the same as my husband loves the nuts. (Twice as much per serving)
Very easy to make and nice flavor.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again
