Serve this lunch salad to a hungry crowd just back from the beach. The ingredients can be prepared ahead of time and tossed with the dressing just before serving.

Great flavor. Between the roasted tomato and red wine vinegar this is my new favorite pasta dish. I added capers to give it added kick. Next time I may add olives.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Adaptable, Will Make Again

Great Summer Recipe for Friends
June 6, 2011
I've been making this dish for several years and continue to be impressed as to how crisp, simple and good this recipe really is. It is just excellent for informal get togethers with friends on a Summer evening. Add some garlic bread and some fresh berry torts and you're done!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Will Make Again
Cons: Cost

This is an excellent and easy recipe for a buffet table. The ingredients are fresh and the roasted tomatoes and fresh basil lend a delicious hand. You can also substitute large grilled shrimp instead of tuna if you are worried about mercury in tuna.
