I've tried different puttanesca sauce recipes, some with roasted tomatoes etc. Usually i add the garlic with the anchovies but this time i followed the instructions.My husband said that this one was a keeper. For him to say that!!!!!!!!wow!Of course the choice of pasta makes a big difference in the final result. Omitted the red peppers (for my kids). Served it with a nice ceasar salad. Delicious and fast dinner!
