If desired, serve the calzone on a platter with a small bowl of heated marinara sauce in the center for dipping. Look for a good-quality, jarred marinara sauce at an Italian market or well-stocked supermarket.

The filling was good - just go easy on adding any salt as the pancetta adds more than enough.
Also, I though I did a pretty good job at sealing them but they still split open to varying degrees both times I have made them.
They aren't bad, but I don't think I will bother making them again.
