This is an elegant recipe that features "in season" vidalia onions. It has a sophisticated taste that guests always enjoy. The recipe is a bit labor intensive, but the steps are easy to follow and you will be surprised at how wonderful it turns out.

LOVE this recipe. It feels a bit involved to me (I'm don't have much time to spend on meals) but the end result is well worth it!!! You won't be disappointed!
