A Sunday Night Dinner Hit

I made this recipe a few years ago for my college roommates. Every Sunday we took turns cooking and all got together for a family meal. This was my main dish in a southern themed meal. Every one loved it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I let the chicken sit in the buttermilk for longer than the directed 10 minutes, so that may have added to the juiciness. I plan on making it again soon for my boyfriend since I've been telling him about it ever since the first time I made it!
