Orange-Spice Pumpkin Bread

Baked in our pumpkin loaf pan, breads are adorned with a detailed pattern of plump pumpkins, gourds and autumn leaves. Here, we garnish this orange-spice pumpkin bread with a simple glaze. If you prefer, omit the glaze and finish the beautifully sculpted loaf with a dusting of confectioners' sugar.

Even My Son Ate Them
September 10, 2014
My husband said he wanted moist pumpkin muffins. I used this recipe but added 3 tablespoons of applesauce to ensure moistness. It worked! He raved about them (also topped them with homemade buttercream frosting from this website). My son who is the pickiest eater ever at 11 years old, tried one and his eyes got huge! He loved them (his words!). He immediately asked for another one.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Kid-Friendly, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
