great to have with coffee

i've done this recipe twice.. first time it was too buttery.. i could feel the butter in the mouth after eating it so the second time i only put 2 sticks of butter, increased the passion fruit pulp to 3/4 cup (i used fresh fruit) and increased the orange zest to 2 tbs. it tastes like heaven.

This recipe was fantastic! The cake was so rich and delicious and super easy to make. There was none left after I served it! The tropical flavor of the passion fruit blended so nicely with the acidity of the orange, and the orange zest added a beautiful color contrast to the paleness of the cake!
