The hardest part is finding the Best Herbs One can Afford. Persian Bay Leaves are pliant and worth buying~from a spice&Herb catalogue.Have prepared this So Often sans Anchovies.Please try to locate the Fresh Bay Leaf and If using Fresh Herbs use them judiousally.A little can go too far. Taste great w/a crisp Clicquet/ Chardonnay ~ Buttery Flavoured if prefer.Great w/a Huge Salad on the Side Full of Everything~Cobb would be Lovely.
