A Very Special Breakfast

I have made this recipe many, many times and it always turns out perfectly. I use individual tapas pans as pictured, and usually add extra apples, sugar and cinnamon. The only problem I've had is in locating more individual pans to be able to make more pancakes for guests. The look and taste of these pancakes makes you feel you are dining in a great restaurant!
