Don't Leave Home Without Them

I have been making these cookies since they first appeared on the cover of Taste. They have become my signature recipe and I dare not attend a family event without them.
Pros: Easy, Will Make Again, passover!

This recipe is not only incredibly easy to follow but it is also absoluteley delicious.
the meringues come out soft, chewy, and absolutely spectacular.

This meringues are delicious. I've made them several times and every single time they've been a hit!
