Good option for weeknight dinner

The portion of pasta is too much for the amount of sauce in the recipe. I only used about half of the cooked pasta. I really liked this creamy sauce recipe because I enjoy the sour cream base instead of cream.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Will Make Again
