Where's the Lime?
February 27, 2015
I was looking for a recipe to use up lime and found this. It has no lime listed!! In addition it is riddled with misspellings. Didn't WS check this recipe before posting?
It's a good recipe, but definitely misnamed!

Looking for something not too sweet?
September 28, 2012
These little cakelettes are a dream. The recipe caught my eye as I have had green tea ice cream and thought this would be something along those lines - not too sweet but tasty and savory.
The cake is easy to make and in fact, you can use a regular bundt pan but you will need to adjust the ingredients - I used 2 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. The sugar and butter you can skimp.
The flavor was very tasty without being too tart or intense. The Earl Grey tea just adds the right note of savory to the cake to be enjoyed any time. Try it!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Adaptable, Will Make Again
