I found this in one of my Williams-Sonoma cookbooks years ago and it has been a hit ever since.
The lemon and raspberry are the perfect marriage of sweet and tart - addictive!!
Pros: Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
Cons: messy to eat but worth it

not that great outcome

first i have to say i did this recipe to the T. i was not happy of the out come at all. when you take it out of the oven it looks like it is done, but when it has cooled and you go in to cut, it looks not cooked all the way through. so i recooked it 20 mins more the next day. i will not make this recipe again. i gave it a 3 star because the bottom part was good.

Yummy squares

Perfect recipe prepared exactly as written. I use Bonne Maman raspberry jam. The squares are a bit messy to serve, but delicious!
