Unbelievable Zucchini!

I made the zucchini portion of this receipe and received many compliments. My husband could not stop talking about it. This is certainly Thanksgiving worthy (highest praise for a side dish). Based on what I had in frig, I substituted with asiago. Will serve many more times, and this is quite easy and quick for such a robust dich.
