This lasagna includes three types of Italian cheesesricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. When grating the cheese, be careful not to scrape your fingers or knuckles on the holes of the box grater-shredder!

fast and easy

Never made lasagna before, but this was so easy and delicious. The turkey hamburger and turkey italian sausage really made it delicious and guilt-free!

Simple and Delicious

Before making this recipe, I had thought that making lasagna would be difficult..but this recipe outlines it in easy steps. My friends wanted me to teach them how to make a dinner dish and I chose this one and they loved it! You can throw in your own special touches but I love the sausage addition!
