All-time favorite lasagne recipe

I usually find lasagne to be overrated and not worth the trouble, cost and calories. Not this recipe. It's amazing. I will make at least double of the bolognese sauce next time since it can be frozen and used for pasta or pizza as well. And the sauce does take a long time to make.
