Best Kale Salad ever

This recipe asks for the super green Lacinto or Tuscan Kale. It is absolutely beautiful in a salad and the addition of currants is really clever. I did not have Pine nuts so I substituted for toasted slivered almonds which I put on top. Everyone raved about how delicious and super healthy this salad was.
