This panini was delicious, simple and filling! Grilled thinly sliced red bell peppers in panini grill and then added to sandwiches. Purchased a rotisserie chicken and prepared pesto from a local grocery store. Was delicious with country white bread. I highly recommend!
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Will Make Again
