I plan on making this again for dinner guests. I did make a couple tweaks here and there but I really like the taste of the lemon zest it gave it a fresh flavor.

Asparagus becomes an entree.

This is a rather "fussy" way to make what can be a very simple dish. Yes, it is delicious, but I think next time I will make a few short cuts with the same ingredients, and achieve the same flavor and results.
