Horseradish adds a refreshing spicy bite to these mashed potatoes, which make an excellent side dish for our Braised Short Ribs (see related recipe at left).

Good change of pace for mashed potatoes

If you love potatoes and horseradish this is a good chance of pace and gives the pototaes a nice bold flavor. Another great way to add a chance to the potato. Highly recommended.
