Herbed Pork Involtini with Pecorino

Involtini, thin slices of meat filled, rolled and tied before cooking, are an Italian favorite. Fillings can vary from a simple bread-and-herb mix to more exotic flavors. This recipe calls for adding pancetta or bacon to the filling-along with plenty of cheese.

An Impressive Dinner
July 11, 2011
I followed this recipe exactly and it was fabulous. The pork was so tender and the dish was so flavorful. My husband almost licked his plate he loved it so much. I definitely recommend it. It was not difficult, and would impress dinner guests!
Pros: Easy, Appearance, Impressive, Will Make Again
