Herbed Pork Chops with Apples

Grilled or broiled broccoli florets are an easy accompaniment to this dish. Toss the florets with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then place in a grill basket on the grill rack, or on a baking sheet if broiling. Cook, turning once or twice, until the florets are tender-crisp and the edges are charred, 3 to 4 minutes.

Simple and Tasty!
May 22, 2014
I am not a pork chop lover, but this recipe, done in my Le Creuset cast iron square grill pan was great. I seasoned the chops for about 8 hours and they were moist and flavorful , but will try a full 24 hour marinade in the future to see if the tenderness and flavors intensify. Served with roasted asparagus and potato pancakes, and with the grilled apples, it was a familiar version of
German cuisine we enjoy in our hometown of Milwaukee.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Appearance, Adaptable, Will Make Again

Quick and Tasty Meal

This is a flavorful meal. The pork chops were the best, such great tastes. I did mine in a smoker instead and it added another element to the taste. Yumm
